                    Hi all!!! Mother of five looking for some new friends and motivation. I've had my latest child 7/16/18 and I want to lose at least 110 pounds toget where I feel is appropriate. Being with the kids all day, I don't get any time to myself or for fitness. I'm trying to eat healthy but honestly i'm clueless and have never done this before. Just add me or leave a comment and I'll send a request. Let's help motivate each other!!!

            I am a mom of five as well, but mine are all adults now (I am 58) I am recently single (shock) after decades married and I very much need to get my act together. In the past year I have gone up 4 dress sizes and totally lost all my shape. I feel round and boring. I really hope to find motivation and I also hope to be an encourager. Diet and exercise starts tomorrow. I haven't much money so I am going to try to do it the free way. I plan to walk at a good pace 30 minutes every day twice a day and three days a week do some weight and resistance in the house. How are you planning to reach your goal (I need to lose lots but too afraid to get on a scale so I am goinbg to go by dress size and I want to be a size 10 (was that 18 months ago) but tonight I tried on size 14's and they were all too tight!!

            I plan on reaching my goal by focusing on my eating habits. Ever since getting this app, i have found it easier to keep track and monitor my food. With having five kids the youngest being one week all I don't get to go out much and I haven't exercised at all yet. I know someone once told me that if you ever feel hungry drink a bottle of water first. If you were really hungry you'd still feel so after the water if not then your cravings should go away. I wish you the best in your challenge just keep your head up you'll get to your designated area.0

            Hi i just had my first child in Feburay I want to loose about 40IB. Think I will mostly be doing it thought trying to eat better. If I can fit exercise in I will but it will most likely be walks with the pram(buggy).1
