Mini-goal 2: Hit 25% of target. Aiming for this by mid-August, just ahead of my friend's wedding.
Mini-goal 1 achieved this morning! 😀
(Existing) Mini-goal 2: Hit 25% of target. Aiming for this by mid-August, just ahead of my friend's wedding.
(New) Mini-goal 3: Build enough strength to start a progressive lifting programme like stronglifts. Aiming for early October. (Hopefully sooner but even bodyweight squats are currently a challenge.)9 -
Mini Goal is to be out of the 220's. This morning I was 223.6 which is a number I haven't seen in over 12 years.

I am 2 lbs away from being my lowest in almost 3 years. I am logging everything even the air I am breathing! Okay I might have exaggerated there a bit but losing those two lbs have become my mini goal and I hope I can lose them in the next two weeks before I hit 36 yrs old.11

I don't ever want to be called out for being fat anymore. People can't insult you for being fat if you're not fat.9

Agreed! But where I am failing to agree with you is "you are fat?" I do not see it. I mean, fat? :-)3 -
My current goal is to get out of the "Obese" catagory and into the "Overweight" zone. Baby steps.13

As of today, I'm on day 338 of my streak, and down 57.3lbs.
Would love to hit 60lbs by day 365.
61 will be even more special as I cross over from overweight to healthy BMI.
Right now I'm balancing being super excited to push myself to hit goals and tapering my deficit to prepare for maintenance. The day I actually hit my goals matters less than how sustainable and maintainable the changes I've made are.10 -
100k grand fondo coming soon5

Feel your pain. My body likes to hang on to each pound for about 2 weeks. It'll shift.5 -
In the past few weeks I couldn't keep within calories (I tracked, but calorie limit wasn't a priority -- grieving a death in the family) and fluctuated up. I'd been at 155.8 before that, as of this morning I weighed in at 157.2, and I want to get back to where I was and below 155.
Secondary goal: 150.2 is the threshold to "Healthy" on the BMI chart.
Clothing goal: down at least one more jean size before I need to buy new jeans for fall.13 -
I am teaching myself how to sew properly and look forward to mastering it and make myself some very cute clothes.15

Being shredded (have a 6-8 pack abs) before mid september for my cruise. Still need 7 lbs to go (I was at 155 lbs last year when I had a clear cut 6 or close to 8 pack abs), it will be tight, but I think it's possible for me to acheive it before my trip.4 -
I work in an elementary school office. I go back to work on Friday (July 27th). Kids start back on August 23rd. I want to lose 5 pounds before they come back. That will put me at 50# lost!12
-
Only 2.2 until I'm officially not obese, goal is by Aug 10.11
-
stay under my calorie goal for 7 days in a row.7

I noticed yesterday that my jeans are starting to wear in the chub rub area. When I bought these jeans I also bought the same jeans two sizes down in anticipation of getting there. I stalled for 3 months due to life stuff and now it's on me to get to the next jeans size before these ones give out on me.10

there is this pair of jeans that I got when I was heavier and I wore so much (and they have changed shape so much...) that I started to seriously hate them. I will bring them on holidays wear them a few times and then say goodbye. I am so looking forward to throwing them out and it will be because I have outgrown them and they'll be too big (and ugly, but mostly too big).7

8 pounds, (=40 pounds total loss) and I'm treating myself to a day at Chester Zoo.9

Fitting a mens size 29 pants and getting into an extra small shirt. At size 30 pants and small shirt right now almost there!3
-
First mini goal is going under 350. Started at 405 and sitting as of this morning at 386.
Only good thing about being really overweight is it comes off so easy at first. Great for motivation.13 -
I don't know if I said this before, I wanted to but don't see it. A family get together that is coming up, the thinner I am the more happy I will be.4
