    Lol jk. I'm former ripped guy getting back to it after a series of events caused me to gain 60lbs. Down 36lbs in 100 days and I'm looking for people who are disciplined and know what they are doing.

    Add me if you are living the fitness lifestyle and getting that 8 -pack or pornstar booty is your goal. If you are spewing out bro- or momscience I'm gonna call you out on your *kitten*, but if you are actually giving out useful information for newbies or sharing science articles or whatever then I'm gonna be there participating and cheering.
