    Hey Terriesin! You've made your first step to join here and get healthier, so that's half the battle gone! I agree on meeting the smaller goals first, so for me, it's just aiming to lose 2 pounds a week, and measuring up my fitness performance against the one before.

    The important thing is to never give up, and just keep at it! You'll do great!

    GOAL PANTS SIZE: I’m honestly not sure….It took me losing 40 pounds just to go down one size, so I doubt my pants size will change…
    FOLLOW ANY SPECIAL DIET: Not really. I’m at 1200 calories, and trying to work on keeping my sugar low!
    DIET GOALS: LESS SUGAR! It seems like no matter what I do, my sugar is always over!!
    EXERCISE GOALS: Complete C25K or at least make it past week 5!
    OTHER GOALS: My biggest goal is to just lose my stomach! I swear I look pregnant!! I love my curves, but just not that horrible bello.
    OTHER INTERESTS: Music is definitely the biggest part of my life. Singing, playing piano, violin, or whatever instrument I can get my hands on. I am also a photographer.
    OCCUPATION: Right now I’m having a very hard time finding a job, so I’m a substitute teacher until I can find a good job.
