Hi everyone! I accidentally discovered something so simple! Just had to share! Let me know if you try it!
Ingredients:
1. Frozen fruit (your choice)
2. Milk (I like the silk almond coconut unsweetened 35 calories)
3. Zero calorie sweetener

Directions
1. Blend about a cup of frozen fruit with milk and sweetener. Play with ratios to get the perfect consistency
2. Enjoy!! 😋

I use frozen pineapple, almond milk, squeeze of lime and monk fruit sweetener to make a Dole whip.

    Simple Syrup
    2 cups water
    1 cup Splenda Sugar Blend
Simmer until combined in a pot
    Chill

Freeze (or use frozen) 8 oz. of any fruit
Put frozen fruit in food processor or ice crushing blender and add one tablespoon of simple syrup at a time and blend until the consistency you like.
    Place in container and freeze.
