So I work out with a trainer twice a week-this is week 2. I have no idea how many calories I burn. Does anyone have any clue how to calculate. Suffice to say, my entire body is wobly when I leave and we stop right about the point I am ready to cry STOP.
Any estimations out there? I'm 48, have 30 lbs to lose (mimimum) and im a female.

It's in the app under exercise. Just put in what you've done and it can show you the value0
