I'm new to My Fitness Pal and really liking the set up so far. I can't wait to start using the mobile app to be able to track my food & exercise habits on the go.
Overall I just intend to use this tool to take the steps to live healthier, but hope to lose a few pounds along the way and get back to my goal weight.
I am a foodie and love to cook, so eating healthy can be challenging for me when there are so many not healthy options out there. I'm definitely interested in receiving/sharing any healthy, but still delicious recipes.

I LOVE FOOD & COOKING TOO!!! Italian is my favorite between the cheese, bread and noodles I don't stand a chance!!! Welcome! I hope you are able to make good use of the program. I'm about a week into using it and I have to say the motivation is probably the best part of the website! They are always there to motivate you even when you fall off the health wagon. If your up for the motivation, feel free to add me!0

Hi all I'm new. Just found this site a few days and I really like it. I'm a pescatarian (only eat some seafood and veggies) on some days and other days I'm vegetarian. I really want to lose 40 pds long term and 25 to 30 short term. I'm feeling great about my eating habits but I'm working my way out of being lazy. I'm on week 3 of a personal trainer and I go to Zumba @ my gym on Sat and Sun.0
