If you exercise- eat back your exercise calories. That is the way MFP works.
If you are counting your calories correctly, weighing your food with a digital scale and using correct entries, but are not losing a 0.5lbs a week, drop your exercise cals by 20-30%.
There are tabs at the top of each sub- forum 'must reads' read them, they will help you succeed.
