    Eating less makes you lose weight. That is the process. Extremely simple, so simple that many people refuse to believe it. What many people don't realise, though, is that you have to eat less for real, consistently and for a long time, and that's where it starts to get challenging.

    You can eat less of anything. So which diet you choose, isn't in itself a big deal. Even though each diet claims to be the best, or the only, way to lose weight.

    I hate fluffy expressions like helps, aids, promotes, but any method that makes it easier for you, or helps you, to eat less, for real, consistently and for a long time, helps you lose weight.

    Yes it is, but weightloss is only about calories, and calories are made up of the macro nutrients (fat, protein, carbs).
