I did complet Mondays excercises....squat kicks and wood chops and
I can commit to 500 crunches a day I hope that will help....Sonia if you need more I can try to add more just let me know.....

I am going to be missing you all in challenge mode next month, however if you would like to join me, please let me know. I'll still have everyone on my friends list because I couldn't imagine doing this journey without each of you!
Welcome to the group Ang! We are glad to have you!
Tonight while doing the wood chops and the squat kicks, I noticed something....my knees weren't hurting quite as much as they did the last two weeks! Now, maybe it's because I have developed better body mechanics, or I am strengthening them with all these knee intensive exercises (it's probably a good combination of both), but I'm thrilled that I can not only meet but EXCEED the amount of each challenge each day! We are going to rock this!
One last thing - I am committed to doing 600 crunches this week. I've already got 100 down!

I'll do 300 crunches this week. Just waking up from a 2-hour after work "crash nap" so I've still got to get the exercise challenge in. Hope I can fall asleep again as the alarm goes off at 5:00 AM.

Done 50 of my crunches already, yes in my underwear with wet hair... I will do 100 more today and 150 tomorrow to make up for yesterdays missing 100.
Hitting the gym later so will do my wood chops (whatever those are) and kick squats and whatever we have to do today then! Determined to keep on top of it this week.

off to the gym for a few hours. Will make the team proud! Hope to do miles on the treadmill and defo doing sit ups and press ups, not so great with the jumping jacks but will do a few ...lunges will be done also!0

I will be doing the exercises from yesterday (along with my sit-ups/crunches) and today's exercises this evening as well. I just emailed Sonia that I was over calories yesterday because my husband had me out of the house running errands after he got home from work so I wasn't able to get my exercise in :grumble: ...LOL! But I promise to get everything from yesterday and today done as soon as I get home from class tonight - I'm hoping that since it's the first day of class we will not be there the full 3 hours.

I got a bit confused and did 100 crunches, then did another 100 for the team challenge, so I have 200 to give the team today. My military presses are done. I will do my additional mile when I get up today. Also completed the 3 sets of 21's. Now off for some sleep. Make today your best day ever!

I have a teammate SuzMac1981 that is talking all kinds of smack today.....She actually had the nerve to challenge me to do 1000 crunches this week so that between the two of us we could elimintate 1/2 our teams crunch challenge. WELL ITS ON LIKE ROBOT DONKEY KONG! Yeah I'm up for your challenge Cheerleader Dancer Girl! I'm wondering if there is anyone else out there that can compete with the MACHINES on Weapons of Mass Reduction. (*****This is additional do not email me saying you can't do it******) ADDITIONAL WEEKLY CHALLENGE! For every teammate that will commit to 1000 crunches this week I will award 10 extra points per person to that team! This could be a big point spread folks. I did 150 sit ups, 2 kms on the treadmill, 10k on the bike, 24 lunges with 2lbs weights and 24 squats 2lbs weights. i will do more when I get home from work tonight.

On another note, any good wishes my way would be appreciated. I am going to the doctor tomorrow as I have been very tired - excessively tired. I do have hypothyroidism so I'm wondering if my levels are out of whack. I have been eating well and exercising way more than I used to so I should have more energy, not less. I can't even stay awake on the bus ride home from work in the evenings. Yes, I get up at 5:30 every morning and don't get home until 6:00+ every evening, but a lot of people do that. So hopefully some simple blood work will give me some answers.....0 -

Good luck at the doctors.. since you have been exercising way more, are you getting enough protein? When I started working out I was still as tired as ever, but increasing my protein a ton after my workout helped to keep me more active.. hope things turn around0 -

Good morning Ladies,
I'm trying my best to stay in the challenge because I really don't want to quit this far in, but I am having to do the exercises whenever I can get them in which means doubling up the exercises for some days.
Here is what I was able to accomplish yesterday after working 6:30am-5:30pm (this included a 2 hour lunch for one of my classes so I didn't work 11 hours straight) then going to another class from 6:00pm-7:15pm which after last night the evening class will be going from 6pm-8:00 or 8:15pm every Tuesday :grumble:
Over Calories - sorry I thought I was doing good
64oz Water - CHECK
Exercises completed so far:
50 Squat Kicks :happy:
50 Military Presses :happy:
3 sets of 21's :happy:
50 crunches :happy:
Leaving me to do 3 sets of 12 Wood Chops and 1 extra mile to complete Monday & Tuesday exercises - I will be doing the treadmill during my lunch today (8/17/2011) so I will get the mile done during that time. My goal is to get in some of the jacks and more crunches during my lunch workout as well so be on the lookout for me to post on the forum :bigsmile:0 -
