My personal trainer

I admit it, my personal trainer is super expensive, and very needy. I'm constantly having to feed him, and pick up his poop, and his hair gets everywhere so I have to vacuum ALL the time! But wow, has he changed my life for the better. Yeah it's cheesy but my biggest motivator is my dog! I knew when I got this little puppy he would grow up to be a huge bundle of energy that would require a lot of work and attention. But did I realize he would probably eat my house and all the things in it if I didn't exercise him enough every day? It doesn't get much more motivating than that LOL! It started off with two walks a day, and then we both realized we really liked hiking, but then summer came and so did all the bugs like fleas, ticks and mosquitos... so we took a break from hiking, but he had so much energy still! We started going for early morning runs together 5 days a week, on those days I don't feel like going... he is there bringing me his leash and my shoes and waiting by the door. If I'm going to be gone all day long I can't possibly leave him home alone without a nice long run before I leave! So now I can't imagine my life without exercising every day, and I have a best friend who runs just slightly ahead of me pushing me further and faster every day. I'm so grateful for this dog, he is so much work but he has made me a better person...fzj37khvwqro.png
