Instant pot is a valuable addition to my nutrition and eating better

We picked up an instantpot a month or so ago. I think it was valuable to my nutrition as I get to prepare most of my food quickly and easily and can control what I eat.
In the old days it was processed food that could be thrown in the oven and cooked fast. We used the slow cooker on occasion but hated leaving it turned on all day with no one at home.
With the instantpot I can use fresh food and control the salt and sugar in the food we eat. Sweet potatoes are done in 10 min or a 5 pound pot roast falls apart in an hour. There are many chicken recipes that are done in about 20 min that are also one pot meals.
Anyone else use an instant pot? Have any great recipes?

I love my Instant Pot. I use it all the time. Most frequently I use it for hard boiled eggs. It isn't much faster than boiling, maybe 10 minutes less or so, BUT they peel perfectly and easily every.single.time.
I just made this recipe yesterday and they were super yummy https://www.ruled.me/instant-pot-ribs-white-barbecue-sauce/
I also make my Bone Broth in there, quick and easy.
I've made meatloaf which turned out well. Lot's of other great recipes out there as well. I'm Gluten and Dairy Free so I've made a lot by Nom Nom Paleo. And even if you aren't GF/DF, her recipes are great and easily adaptable imho.0 -
I use my Instant Pot several times a week. Homemade yogurt is a favorite. Mississippi Pot Roast is a go to. Ribs are great. I also make several unusual dishes. This site has some great Mediterranean recipes. https://www.mediterraneanliving.com/7-mediterranean-instant-pot-recipes/

I never thought I’d use my Instant Pot as much as I do! Pulled pork, carnitas, whole chicken, cuts of chicken, steamed potatoes, hard boiled eggs, chili.....I use it ALL the time! It’s so quick and so easy! No excuses anymore that “there’s nothing prepared to eat”.1

The only time the Joy of Cooking failed me is by recommending the cold start method for hard boiled eggs. After I read this article and adopted the hot start method, my HB eggs have been perfect every time:

I concur with everyone...the instant pot has changed my life!! I make pretty much everything from scratch now (yogurt, beans, cone broth, etc.) and end up cooking healthier overall because I know what is going in my food. I must use it 4-5 times a week easily, and it's summer time!0
