I know its mostly water weight but it seems a lot. Should I be concerned that it's an unhealthy amount to loose in a short time?

What are your stats and how much are you eating?

As long as you are eating enough, I'd not worry about it yet. It should slow down to "normal" quickly. If you are still losing like that in a week or two, you need to reevaluate what you are doing.

Why are you so far under your goal?

I don't find that I'm hungry but I guess i need to eat more proteins and carbs because they are aways low.

Being that far under your weekly goal means you are under eating, which is no more healthy than being overweight.
