Started two weeks ago, lost 18lbs

I know its mostly water weight but it seems a lot. Should I be concerned that it's an unhealthy amount to loose in a short time?

As long as you are eating enough, I'd not worry about it yet. It should slow down to "normal" quickly. If you are still losing like that in a week or two, you need to reevaluate what you are doing.0

I currently weigh 261lb I'm male 46 years and average 1700 calories per day. I stick to the RDA's, it shoes I'm 3000 calories under my weekly goal.0

I don't find that I'm hungry but I guess i need to eat more proteins and carbs because they are aways low.0
