Nope, I'm really not. That said I did ride a century earlier this summer and could probably ride a metric century today if I wanted to.

No, but I don't run unless something bad is chasing me...but I do cycle quite a bit and hit the weight room.

Not today. But I’m running 3.5 of them at once tomorrow.

I’m unsure what this means for my health status though.

    I can't do a 5k without taking a break.

My easy run this morning was 10K. Tomorrow's long run will be 22k. Not sure what I'm doing Sunday (probably 10K or more). Does that make me healthy?

I probably can, ran 5 miles this morning and felt as if I could have kept going.

Not quite ... but I did a 10K event in January and could get there again pretty quickly. In fact, I've got an eye on events in September.

That said, as I'm a cyclist, even though I haven't ridden a long distance since March, I have done quite a bit of short distance riding and could probably hop on and ride a century (100 miles) ... maybe even a 200K.

However, I guess that means I'm not healthy??

I can run 13 miles (7 more miles than a 10 k), but I'm still 20 lbs overweight. I have questions regarding the logic of OP. I guess I'm healthy? I could be healthier?

With a torn meniscus in my left knee, plus the osteoarthritis? Certainly not.

I'd cheerfully row, bike, canoe, or kayak 10k . . . y'know, if we have to keep the distance that short for some reason.

I could even walk it at around 4mph, though grudgingly, as long as I don't have to do it often, and can ice my knee after. ;)
