Hello to All

Options
I'm Loz and need to seriously start back on the road to fitness.

An arm injury means exercise has to take a back seat for a while, so I'm hoping calorie logging will mean I can reduce fat and maintain muscle - plus I like the social side, so will be looking to make friends to share with ;-)
