Thanks for the link... It actually might be worth my try to see if it stops my PMS.. lol I am really truly under the educated answer that men go through their own PMS at various times themselves.. However being gay let me tell you i get my PMS at the end of the month every month my partner/husband wants to run out of the house for the day because of how *****y i get or how angry and sad and everything.. I should see a doctor about perhaps leveling out my hormones but you know what, i find it a blessing to have my own version of PMS (without the bleeding/bloating) trust me i rival alot of women men tell me .... Once i hit PMS its either stay out of my way or get run over.. lol...0

Quite interesting. I understand that a lot of women get food cravings when they have PMT but I find that I am literally unable to stomach my usual healthy foods as they make me gag. All I can stomach are carbs, of any variety. I can't even bring myself to eat fruit, veg or meat either. But as soon as my period comes, I'm back to my normal diet. Does anyone else experience this?0
