Have a snack...at the same time reevaluate your calories goal maybe it’s too agtessive and plan a pre-bed snack before you eat for the day do you have the calories set aside9

Eat vegetables there normal low in calories an take a lot to amount to much.3

I have to agree with the checking on your calorie goals to make sure they are realistic. What are your stats? (Height, expected loss per week, calories allocated, exercise amounts, etc)4

How many cals are you eating? what is you cal goal? Do you eat breakfast? What do you have? - eating early in the day help control cravings later6

Munch on raw veggies, most are pretty low calorie and a lot of chewing involved.
Drinking water helps some people as well.3 -

When I eat early (like 6-7 am) I can't stop eating all day... When my breakfast is at 11am or later I don't have cravings at all. So this might not work for everyone...10 -

Every body is different - many folks will skip breakfast- go all day on little food then are starving in the evening4 -

This is me. Once I start eating my tummy is like "just keep it coming, lady!"11 -
Someone once noticed that I see hunger as a problem that needs to be fixed immediately, which it's not. Try noticing the hunger, acknowledging that it's part of reaching your goal, and leaving it there.7

I usually drink a pint of water and have a low calorie jello (some are 10kcal) which satisfies that need to eat something when it's not hunger.
If it's hunger then try and balance your calories out more across the day - eat dinner later, don't have your dessert straight after dinner etc.5 -
I've found that eating more protein during the day helps with the cravings at night.7

Can you adjust your allowances so that you have some left at 8pm for something like a rice cake at 50cals?
Or can you reduce your deficit ba little and accept that the weight might take a bit longer to shift?3 -
I save most of my calories for after 6pm2

Of course it's possible you're not eating enough.
I used to be on 150 kcals lower than I currently am. I was ALWAYS hungry. It wasn't fun. Then I upped it and suddenly felt so much more satisfied. I had more energy and was generally happier!
Also, how long have you been eating at deficit? It sometimes takes time for your brain to get used to the fact that you're just not eating as much any more.2 -
Drink some green tea or mint flavored water1

Go to bed?2

Try to have a small fruit smoothy as an evening snack. Very few calories if you use water, 1/2 banana, a few frozen strawberries and a dash of vanilla. Remember hunger mean you are losing weight. A little hunger is not harmful.1

fruit, especially blended, would just make me more hungry.4 -
I suspect OP is eating 1200 calories, and that eating at least 1400 would prevent this problem and not slow her weight loss a significant amount...since she hasn't come back to answer any questions.2

that, or she's starved to death....?3 -
I found that I needed to have a couple foods that I do not put a limit on. I don't have to like them but if I am hungry I can eat all I want! for me its pickles, cucumbers, green beans, California blend veggies, and hot bone broth. I cant stand it when people say they eat foods that make them feel full. I eat 3-5 pounds of food on a normal day and actually am FULL1
