    i am always open to like minded friends who are interested in a better health an achieving fitness goals.

    I am currently trying to gain more muscle weight an trying to learn what to eat to equal up to close to 4k calories a day which i am finding very tough.

    Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated since i do not want to eat unhealthy to achieve this.

    Always looking for more friends! I log daily, and all of my journal stuff is public. I’m down 11.4 lbs since July 6th, and have probably about 90-100 to go. I’m about to start an exercise routine and calorie cycling, so I hope that bumps up my weight loss!
