Need a snack idea

I travel a lot for work, so to keep myself on track, I prep as much for as I can in advance. Today I bought a set of food containers, which are perfect portion sizes. The set contains a five lidded tumblers and I cannot for the life of me decide how to use them. They are 310 ml in size (a little bigger than a soda can for anyone not on metric) and the lid is water tight. Ideas can be anything at all. (Except water. I already have water. LOL)
Edited to add: Oh yes - forgot to mention: they aren't microwave safe and I don't have access to a microwave anyway.

Fruit, nuts, cheese, salsa and carrots, or hummus. Many things you can put in the containers.0

your cat has found a mouse...Will that fit in a container?0

Carrot, celery, and pepper sticks with hummus in the bottom. Cucumber sticks with yogurt dip. Airpopped popcorn. Plain yogurt or cottage cheese with fruit. Lots of options.0

I have a container that size that I use for apple slices and a little peanut butter, when I can have those peanut butter calories!0
