Hello everyone

I've enjoyed reading these posts; some people are just hilarious! But many are pretty thought-provoking. I'm new to the site. I can't believe there is a resource where you can just put in the food you eat, and it calculates all of the nutrients for you! And there were definitely some surprises -- not good ones.
