Hello my name is Shantelle, I am from Louisiana. As a mother of three I decided that I have neglected my body enough and decided to take charge and start exercising and trying to eat healthy. It is really hard being that I love sweets. But I have actually lost 12 lbs in which I am proud of myself for doing. I get up and walk a mile to two miles a day. I also incorporated drinking more water and getting off of the sodas, in which I find very helpful. I decided to want to use this app in helping my watch my calorie intake. I am taking this all the way in helping me reach my goal.

Good for you losing 12 lb already! Calorie counting is the way to go, so I hear. I had to give up coffee drinks. I sure do like my fancy lattes, but they are full of calories, just like soda.
If you just stay on here, and keep logging in, you will be fitter! I was on a few years back, and it really helped, but then I dropped off and got fat again - I have been back on for two weeks, so far.
