Hey y'all I'm new here as in 2 minutes ago new.

I needed an app that could help guide me to my goal of being fit and losing fat.

I am not overweight and I'm actually in the normal weight range for my hight but I still want to lose 6 pounds.

Replace that with muscle which means I'll probably weigh more in the end but at least I'll have less fat.

The hard part is going to be mental because I use to obsess over calories and I really don't want to go down that road again.

I'm not 102 anymore so that's good but still, I have to be careful.

Well this is going to be fun and I'm getting ready for basic training so that means I have to work extra hard.

Well I'm ranting now.
