I’m new to this trying to learn to change my eating habits and workouts is a little challenging. I read some of the success stories and I’m very happy for you all. I need help learning to be more discipline when it comes to food. I hope I will be able to reach my goal weight like some of you all have. I look forward to seeing you all continue to progress as well.
