    I and welcome. Please don't focus too much on the scales - weight loss is not linear and can do some strange things. Log your food accurately and trust the process over a long period of time and you'll meet your goals. Don't get discouraged from one week to the next :)

    I was going to say something but bufger had already said it so I'll just chime in :D Hoping and luck has no place in the realm of weight management. It's pure maths an physics. So when you make sure you are doing the important things right, the you can trust the process. You can weigh yourself daily if you want to, I actually recommend it, to get used to weight fluctuations.
