I'm making a group for those of us that were just too slow to make it into another group. :wink:
Here, we'll motivate, push, and comfort each other until we reach our goals! :D I'll look for about 10-20 or so members. :smile:
There will be weekly challenges and weigh-ins, and plus I'll make a spreadsheet! :D

    I'm a full time working mom but I would love to be in a group. I try to get online every morning while I have my coffee and right before bed.

    I want my my muffin top gone LOL!

    Current Weight - 187.5 (August 14, 2011)
    Goal Weight - 140

    :bigsmile: Okay, guys, ready for our first challenge? I guess I'll start out with something that isn't too bad, but still works. :smile:

    Your challenges for week 1 are....

    Exercise at least 6 days out of 7.
    Drink at least 8 cups of water a day.
    Stay under on your calories at least 5 days out of 7.
    Lose a pound or more! :smile:

    If you have any suggestions, I'm totally open. :smile:

    Also - my stats are up to date with regards to weight...

    AND - I was unable to see the google doc - I requested permission. Did I do that correctly, or not?

    Might have problems with the drinking portion though, coz it's the fasting month! Hehe.
