Eat Stop Eat

Hello all!
I am here for friends and support as I work to lose about 38 pounds :) Just started the fasting technique of Eat Stop Eat, fasting for 24 hours twice a week. Anyone else doing this?

    I have been doing something very similar and eat about every other day or every 36hours. If I can offer up some support just let me know.

    Super curious as to how this works bc my dr told me part of problem was fasting too long before nomming;)

    Jenni how did it go for you? I am starting my 2nd 24 hour fast after reading Eat Stop Eat. My first one was not all that hard and I’m planning to do this two days a week along with 3 days of strength exercise.

    I have just started Eat Stop Eat, along with reactivating my Fitness Pal account. I did the new weight watchers for a bit, but I couldn't make it work - all those zero foods stoked my appetite. Anyway, I have done 3 fast days so far (planning to fast Tuesdays and Fridays), but I am actually fasting from about 8PM Monday night through Wednesday morning (skipping eating on Tuesday). I am only skipping 3 meals, but because the nights are tacked on either end, it makes it much longer. So far, I am managing this ok, but I wonder if anyone has any thoughts about it?
