Hey everyone,

Just a short one from me as just found the forums today.

2 months ago I weighed 302lbs. Today I'm 42lbs lighter!

I've got spinal issues so it's walking only for me and strict calorie controlled intake, as much as I don't see the weight loss, I can see it in numbers which knows I'm on the right track!

So just a message to everyone to say, it's difficult, especially if you've been big for years (like me). Bit of grit and tracking food intake has done wonders for me, as I'm sure it will for you too!

    Well done! I’m not very far behind as far as timescale and I’ve lost 15lbs. Can’t wait to say I’ve lost 40lbs. Well done you! :)
