600 pound life suicide

I am often guilty of having the mindset that my weight holds my happiness hostage and “when” I get to goal, I’ll finally be happy. Fixing your body doesn’t fix your head. My absolute favorite cast member my from guilty pleasure show, My 600 pound life, took his own life last night. He was doing so well and lost 400 pounds . He had come so far to make the life he always wanted for himself. Just sad. National Suicide Prevention Lifeline 800-273-8255

That is very true if someone is not happy fixing a weight issue will not help. My little brother committed suicide last year just before his 22nd birthday, and he had most of his life before him.21

I'm very sorry for your loss. I sincerely hope you found or are in the way of finding some healing and peace of mind. If you ever need a random stranger to talk to, don't hesitate to add me.4 -
Losing that much weight messes with your mind and hormones. May he find his peace... amen.2
