Newbie (for the 100th time)

Hi everyone,
I am definitely not new to MFP! I've lost track of the number of times I've deleted accounts and re-signed up after going "off plan"
But I'm back again, and for the last time! I'm not fooling myself that I'll be perfect but that's fine. My ultimate goal is to lose weight but for right now I'm just focusing on a healthy relationship with food - no yo-yoing from restrictive dieting to blow out binges...
I'm hoping I can make a few friends that are either in the same position as me or who are just lovely people and want to cheer me on!

Man - I hear that resolve! You can do it. If you did it 100 times already, you were practicing, and you're ahead of everyone else in some ways. Best wishes to you.2

I am exactly the same. Currently telling myself that since I’ve done it before i can do it again, and trying to work out ways to make it different this time so I don’t fall off again like all the previous times.1
