    Kashi Go Lean Crunch
    Mini Babybell Light Cheese
    Boneless/skinless chicken thighs
    Boneless/skinless chicken breasts
Sandwich thins instead of regular bread for sandwiches (100 calories vs 220 for my regular bread)

Kashi Go Lean Crunch (not surprised to see a couple of these listed already)
    Sabra Hummus & Pretzel Crisps
Taco Pasta - Lean Ground Turkey (seasoned with taco seasoning), pasta, light sour cream and cheese. It's so yummy and only 438 cals.
I eat these things pretty much every single day.

Fruit...I like to get whatever looks good or is on sale and cut it all up and put it a big bowl in the fridge for a fresh fruit salad that I eat at some point everyday.
Carrots...I like to make the big ones into carrot sticks. They seem to taste more carroty to me somehow than the baby cut kind.
Natural nut butter...I alternate between almond and peanut
    Egg Whites
    Feta or Goat cheese
Baby spinach, tomato, green onions,,,I like to throw this combo into my egg whites in the morning.

Those are my current must haves. I'm trying or thinkng of incorporating...

Yogurt cheese...the kind you make from draining greek yogurt
Ezekial Bread...seems to be cleaner than other breads I see in the stores
Hummus...I'm trying to get away from processed spreads, like Miracle Whip, so I'm thinking I can put this on Sandwiches or wraps
