So after years of visiting anabolic men and thinking about trying the testshock program I finally did it and it seems MFP and a food scale along with tracking macros were essential. But after Just one try it seems pretty difficult. But it’s on man and now I caint turn it off I’m gonna give it my best shot if anyone has any advice on a cool way to track mac then let me know. I only eat twice a day with some light snacking so lunch and dinner and I really just like fruits so those are my snacks. Every time I applied something I learned from anabolic men it really helped or made a positive difference so here goes.

I track macros and find prelogging helps - put in what you want to eat for the day, then tweak food choices and quantities to suit.

Wow that sounds like really sound advice I will try that tomorrow thank you so so much. I thought I was ok the first day then before I knew it I needed a lot of protein could only afford a few carbs and fat I came in closing the day 650 cal short of my daily goal and I really don’t want to be in such a deficit. So ill start this. Thanks again

You'll get better at working it all out once you've had some practice, too. You'll learn what foods & eating patterns tend to achieve your goals, and it will be easier. Don't be too hard on yourself now, but try to gradually work your way to what you think is ideal, and you'll do fine.
