Fit by 50

I have been chunky a long time and I’ve set a goal to be excited about how I look and feel by the time I turn 50! It’s harder now than when I was in my 30s but I’m not looking back. If you want a friend, add me. The more I gray, the less I’ll weigh!

Lol!! I love it. I'm using that from now on. I'm 48 and fit by 50 for the rest of my life is my goal

If weight gain is harder now than whe you were younger, it's because your habits and environment has changed. If you change your attitude, it will be a lot easier.

Well, I was actually fat by 50 (hitting my highest weight ever ... ugh), so I'm now aiming for fit by 51, which gives me 7 months and should be more or less doable. Good luck on your endeavor!

I noticed I got a "woo". I'm not surprised. Winners are delighted to hear that their approach is the problem, because you can change your approach. Losers want something to be wrong with them, so they can't do anything about their problem, because that means change, and people are instinctively against change; change takes a conscious and conscientious effort and going out of comfort zones.
