Went mad on vacation

    Went on a 2 week cruise some time ago. Had a plan in place:
    Take stairs..no elevator
    Used gym every day
    "Tried" items at meal times and avoided what I typically eat at home
    Drank water with lemon at every meal
    No sodas
    Allowed myself 1 happy hour special drink every day.

    Came back 2 lbs lighter. Did not feel vacation cheated at all! "TRIED" what I wanted without the need to be ridiculous.

    We all do this. Some a little, some big time. Its called enjoying your vacation. Now its a New day and New start. The key to any diet and messing up, is getting right back on program. Vacations done, you enjoyed, and now it's over. Now forget you you ate then. " Just do the Next Right Thing" and get back on your program. You can do this. Good luck.
