We all have them. What’s yours?
Mine is smoking. (I know, I know😑🙁) I quit for 3 months and fell off the wagon hard this year. I really need to knuckle down and do it for good. I think the next time I go for it, it’s gonna be the time, now that I’m more into fitness and getting me to my top shape.
How about you guys and girls?

I am really bad about leaving stuff lying around. I need to get in the groove of always putting stuff back where it belongs.1

The e-cigs helped a lot when I was off the cigarettes. Still a bad habit, but not as bad. Good luck!

Ahem. You're friends with me. I'm the furtherest thing from mean as it gets (profile picture not withstanding)! I rescue drowning bees from the pool even though I am now allergic to them.

I'm in the bad habit of not pre-planning my meals and snacks so I'm always crunched for time and pick the worst things at that point.1

Pre-planning is the one thing that keeps my diet on track. Saves me money too instead of eating out 2 meals a day at work!

Exactly. I spend too much money on food.0 -
- Diet soda consumption (trying to work on this by years' end).
- Not always being on top of clutter/cleaning/dishes in the house.
- Picking at sores/acne. I've done this since I was little. I took up knitting and crochet to keep my hands occupied, but it doesn't always work.
