How many hours a night do you generally get??

Normally 7 1/2, 11pm - 6:30am.1

When I'm not cramming for an exam, 8-9 hours every night. I go to bed very early and get up early.2

Too few: Realistically, 5.5-6.5 hours most nights, frequently interrupted. I'm working on 7+ (not much I can do about the interruptedness.)1
