Too few: Realistically, 5.5-6.5 hours most nights, frequently interrupted. I'm working on 7+ (not much I can do about the interruptedness.)

I try for 8. It's usually 6 or 7 during the work week and then I make up for it by sleeping 9-10hrs on weekends including naps.

5-6 but after reading Why We Sleep - I need to up my sleep game because of the myriad of health implications from lack of sleep (defined in research as less then 8hrs - I kid you not)
