    Anything that lets you know you lost weight, Examples: clothes fitting more loose, co-worker telling you "you lost weight," Not huffing and puffing after climbing up some stairs, clothes shopping and finding out you can fit two of yourself into your old size, etc.

    Well, shut the front door! . . . I'd have NEVER figured that out! Very cool! Was wondering about the "bump" too, but didn't want to appear to uncool - so thanks dmpizza! (does that stand for dump pizza???) LOL This board is a hoot and so darned friendly! I'm going to do this!!
