Boon Chu Restaurant calories

Sometimes I like to eat at this restaurant in my neighborhood called Boon Chu. They don't have the calories listed for their meals. How would I determine how to upload their meals into my diary if I don't know exactly the type of meat they're using? I tried googling them, but no luck. This also applies to any other restaurant food that I can't find in the database?

Look for a similar dish in a restaurant you know that has the calorie count in MFP.

If you make similar dishes yourself use that calorie count, but add extra fat.

Do a deconstruct, in your mind, and log it.

I tend to eat in one-off restaurants, so would do mental deconstructs if it is an unfamiliar dish, and eat to my portion size ( taking leftovers home).

    Give it your best guess.

    Cheers, h.
