how to calculate calories for 30DS

Urm, I'm just wondering how to calculate calories for 30 days shred? I don't have any HRM. What should I label the workout under? For each level.

And also the normal workouts that we can do for free online? Do I add in the calories burn according to individual exercises or as a whole? I'm thinking of adding strength exercise to compliment my cardio.

    I added it a circuit training. Did you know Jillian recommends to eat 1400 calories and not eat back the calories for this workout and Ripped in 30?

    okay, I'll do the same. I only eat 1200cals without eating my calories back.
