What diets have you used I've used so many ... I'm nearly at my goal weight and it won't push any further I need a change...

Any diet will work, as long as it gets you in a calorie deficit.
If you are almost at goal, you have to understand it's going to be very slow, 0.5-1 lb per week, which can easily hide behind water weight fluctuations, so you have to be patient and wait through weeks where the scale doesn't move.
Log accurately and consistently, eating whatever diet or foods you want, hitting your calorie goal, and over time you will lose weight. I didn't follow any diet, just focused on getting enough protein and fiber, fit in my fave foods whenever I could, and increased my activity level over time.6 -
I combined all of the above diets to lose weight. The eating less and moving more diet resulted in the calorie deficit being followed. The seefood and log it diet held me accountable. Now in maintenance the same principles apply, I just eat a little more.
Helpful tip - I don't follow diets with names and too many restrictive rules. I follow an eating plan of foods I enjoy that I can stick with for life.6 -
