Insanity and insanity max 30

Which one do you like better and what were your results like? Ive been doing it month ive lost 3 pounds but have lost an inch off my waist and 2 inches off my thighs

Belated response, but I prefer Max 30. The shorter duration is much easier for me to work in to my schedule, and because you're fitting everything into 30 minutes, I found it a bit harder as well (fewer/shorter breaks, etc.). It also offers better modifications than Insanity, so if you have an off day, you can adjust while stay getting your workout in.
However, they're both great programs, and I don't think you can go wrong. Whichever one you can stick with is the right one for you, and if you start with one, you can always go on to the other when you've completed the first.0 -
The full insanity workout gives you better stretching and flexibility as it spends more time on it. In the long run this is worth it and helps your muscles endure more and prevent injury. Plus longer usually means more calories burned.0
