Not a good plan. Read the stickies at the top. Loads of good info.0

Nope. That’s a recipe for failure.4

It is an unhealthy and unrealistic plan. That is the kind of plan you will not be able to sustain long term.
Put your information into myfitnesspal. Get a reasonable calorie goal. Eat that amount. Lose weight safely.
Make small changes to diet and exercise over time.3 -

Unhealthy plan.
Better plan? Fill out your MFP profile, select a weight loss target rate that's no more than 1% of your body weight per week, and consistently eat the recommended number of calories, or close to it. Bonus points if the foods you choose are mostly nutrient-dense, and you get some exercise (and eat back at least 50% of those calories, too).
Seriously: Get a plan that's sustainable, and will leave you strong and healthy.
Don't do the 800 calorie thing, unless you're a toddler, and don't do it then, either, because toddlers are growing and shouldn't be restricting calories except under close medical supervision. You shouldn't be restricting calories that much unless under close medical supervision either, because it's a serious health risk.3 -
I sometimes eat below my 1200 calorie goal, and MFP tells me that I am not eating enough! The idea is to make a healthy lifestyle change, not a quick trip down the scale. In my opinion, if you do this for a very short time to get your started and see some quick weight loss, it's probably okay. But just realize in the longer term, it's not healthy. I'd recommend you start your MFP and follow that. Besides, by eating a little more, you will feel satisfied and not as likely to abort your journey.6
