This is for turkey or chicken lasagna.

    9 cooked lasagna noodles
3-4 cups diced cooked turkey or chicken 750-1000 ml
12 oz cooked, chopped spinach or broccoli 340 g
    1 1/2 cup cottage cheese 375 ml
1 tbsp chopped parsley 15 ml
    2 eggs beaten
    1 1/2 cup grated cheese 375 ml

    Sauce

5 tbsp butter or margarine 75 ml
    1 small onion, minced
    5 tbsp flour 75 ml
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning 2 ml
1/4 tsp celery salt 1 ml
    1 tsp salt 5 ml
    dash pepper
    4 cups milk 1 L

Butter a 9 x 13" (or pam) (3.5L) pan. Prepare sauce as follow: saute onion in butter until golden. Blend in flour and seasonings; stir until bubbly. Gradually add milk and cook over medium heat until smoothly thickened.

Mix vegetables, cottage cheese, parsley and eggs together.

Spoon a thin layer of sauce in bottom of pan. Cover with a layer of lasagna. Add half the turkey, half the vegetable mixture and spoon one third of the sauce over all.

Top with another layer of lasagna, then turkey, vegetable mixture and sauce. Finish with a layer of lasagna, spooning remaining sauce on top. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 350F (180C) for about 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting into squares.

Enjoy. (I sub for low fat ingredients whereever possible, sorry don't have calories breakdown etc.)
