I have just had pasta for my dinner. The database gives a portion of 170g cooked. However, I only had 125g cooked. Any one tell me how to change the quanitiy Please. x

    When you enter food it ought to say 1.0 x 170 g.... Change the 1.0 to whatever 125/170 is.

    Ok, That makes sense thankyou.

    Althogh have managed to find a generic one, valued in 1g quantities and put in the serving that way. Will bear(? spelling) this method in mind for the future though. thanku

    125 / 170 is approximately 0.74

    This is easily punched into your favorite calculator. Or, if you don't have a calculator, goto Google.com Enter in the search, 125 / 170.... you'll see that the first result shows the answer (Google's built-in calculator).
