Dr. Poon member but program is not working anymore

Hi, I’ve been doing the dr. Poon. Program for a while now it worked great for six months but now I can’t loose weight anymore, need help and ideas!!!

No idea what that program is...
But all you need to lose weight is a calorie deficit. Eat fewer calories in a day than your body uses. Enter your stats into this site, choose to lose 1 lb per week, then eat the number of calories it gives you. A food scale is a useful tool to do that.5 -

OP, if you're willing to share a bit more about your specific health circumstances that prompted you to use this diet, we might be able to offer some advice. At its simplest, not losing weight for an extended period of time means you are eating at maintenance. WHAT you are eating is secondary.4 -

I started this program last year because basically I was suffering from knee pain, I’ve lost 40 lbs but now it’s getting very hard to stick to the program because the options are very limited, a lot of protein, low salt low sugar, very limited fruits and no carbs. Don’t get me wrong, it works great but very boring...0 -

I have knee problems but didn't follow any specific diet to help. I simply lost weight eating foods I enjoy while staying at a calorie deficit. Not carrying around the extra weight has made a huge difference to my knees.
My suggestion would be to ditch the diet because it is not working, nor is it something you want to stick with indefinitely. Plug your stats in here and put a goal of 1 pound a week loss. From here just eat the calories the app gives you while playing around with the macros to work out which mix best fits your preferences, medical needs if any, and which are most filling. Foods rich in 9mega 3 can help with inflammation if that is an issue with your knees.7 -

If your knees are better, it's because you've lost weight, not because you've followed this diet.
If you have lost weight, it's because you've eaten less (been in a consistent calorie deficit), not because of a high protein, low sugar, etc etc diet.
ANY diet that provides a calorie deficit, will make you lose weight IF your stick to it.
The point of a weightloss diet is therefore not just to provide a calorie deficit, but to be something you can and will stick to.
So many people get too attached to the diet they're on. But your diet is just what you eat. Ultimately, you always decide what to eat.
An extended period of deprivation is always followed by a period of rebound overeating. The wight gain from the overeating always outweighs the weight lost during deprivation. That's why people who go on diets, gain weight, and "need" to go back to the diet, or find another, a pattern that is often referred to as yoyo-dieting.8 -
Any diet that basically eliminates a macro will work. As stated above, it's probably hard to stick to. We all probably will want a piece of cake eventually.0

For sure, you are all right, I know the basics now it’s really not that hard, so I’m trying this app to make aware of what I eat and how much I move..

First of all, congratulations on losing 40 pounds that's quite an accomplishment and it seems like you did it at a very healthy pace. Just keep in mind what works for you at the beginning of your weight loss journey (in this case a highly structured program that takes much of the guesswork out of what to eat) isn't always what is going to complete it and let you maintain your weight loss long term. Maintaining a safe calorie deficit with myfitnesspal will definitely work in terms of weight loss, in terms of what to eat from a health perspective you might want to check out these guidelines from the NIH:

I remember a poon diet thread years ago, back when you could have made the comment. It was awesome. Now I want to go looking for it...
OP, track your calories accurately and consistently over time. It will work. How much more weight do you have to lose? Height? Current weight? More information will help us give better advise.
