Need motivation 😩

So I’ve been stagnant for awhile now 😩 these last 30lbs are just the hardest. I need all the motivation and tips I can get.

    Take a look back at how far you've come. That should be more than enough motivation!

    Don't look for tips until you've read the manual. As you lose weight, your weightloss rate decreases. To continue losing, you have to be more diligent and patient, and maybe adjust your calorie target too. Don't rely on motivation. Make a good plan.

    If you are doing everything right, it will move eventually. Are you tracking properly your calories, you might estimate them up or down.

    Try switching things up, go for a hike this weekend for example, which won't feel like a workout and be fun to do with friends.

    It took you years probably to gain weight, it will take a while to lose it.

    Keep at it you must be doing something right, add friend's on here, reading daily posts from friend's keeps motivation levels high! :)
