Just downloaded the app to help me keep control of what I’m eating iv a bad habit of eating snacks on the go the wrong kind crisps choc etc my weekends wen I’m not at work consist of a lot of gin sometimes mid week aswel. I do exercise by walking my wee dog daily and I’m on my feet at my work constantly but that’s not enough as I’m piling on the pounds. I’m at my heaviest just now Iv got about 3 stone to lose wish me luck as I’m going to need it

    Welcome! You don't need luck, you need a good plan. MFP is a solid base for a good plan. Use the tools correctly, and you lose weight.
