I am trying to eat very clean and eat tons of vegetables and lean meat. When I eat over at family's house which is at least once a week we have a dinner, everyone makes fried foods! My question is as long as I keep everything within my calorie goal on these days will fried greasy food effect my weight loss?

No, your calorie goal is what matters for weight loss.
Nutrition for good health.
Don't worry about eating clean, eat to meet your calorie goals, nutritional needs, and satiety.

Yep, it’s fine. I cook a bit of chicken fried steak w/gravy every now and then. Just account for the calories. Obviously, it doesn’t take long for the calories to add up. For what it’s worth, if I have days when I know I’ll be eating calorie dense foods at a particular meal, I’ll scale back the other meals to leave more room in the “budget”.2

Weight management is pure maths. Calories is what controls your weight. You control your calorie intake.
But weight management is also a lot of mind work. It's easier to control calorie intake when you eat healthily, but you ALSO need a healthy relationship with food. Calling foods you deem healthy, "clean", and foods you deem unhealthy, "greasy", will make you crave those "greasy" foods, not detest them, and feeling you have to stick to "clean" foods will make you resentful; top that with feeling that you "have to" eat this and that to please others, and don't have a say in the food choices, can make it more difficult to control your food intake.3 -

My question is as long as I keep everything within my calorie goal on these days will X effect my fat loss?
Whatever food X is, the answer is always no.
I changed weight to fat as certain foods may lead to more water retention which can mask the weight lost due to fat loss.3 -
You may notice water weight a day or two after, especially if the foods are salty, but if it's within your calories it won't affect you long-term.1
