Difference between Nutrients and Marcos tabs under Nutrition

Hello,
I'm struggling to understand the difference between Nutrients and Macro.
When I go into my diary and then go under Nutrition 3 options pop up; 1.) Calories 2.) Nutrients and 3.) Macros
I am currently tying Keto and needing to track my protein, fats and carbs. On the Nutrients page it is always showing that I am staying within the my range, however on the macros page its telling me I am over my percentage by breakfast.
Which one do I go off of, Nutrients or Macros?

Nutrients. Macros only shows you the total percentage of each macro in your day, but nutrients gives you the total grams eaten and remaining.2
