I just had EBTB on Wasa with cream cheese -- that is the BOMB!!! I also like it with laughing cow cheese on Wasa.
JIC you're not familiar with Wasa -- it is a big cracker and usually found in the bread isle. The packaging is about the side of a brick. The cracker is about the size of a graham cracker but twice as thick. Perfect for a quick snack!!!3 -
Love EBTB. There's a Trader Joe's one and Sam's Club carries Tone. I make a two-ingredient bagel and use it for the topping.2

I put it on everything! Eggs, salmon, chicken, cottage cheese, love the stuff. Amazon will bring it to you too.1

I have a nine grain bread I really like. It is really good on this bread toasted, with mashed avocado spread on it, topped with the EBTB.1

I like it on popcorn.

Thanks to this I tried it on my popcorn last night - Delicious!1 -
It is pretty damn good. I open the bottle, throw the contents in a blender, grind it all up and but the power back in the jar. It actually last longer and has more flavor. (At least to me)

I will have to give this a try. What are your fitness goals?1

Very easy to make your own everything bagel seasoning:
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup poppy seeds
3 tablespoons dried onion flakes
3 tablespoons dried garlic flakes
2 tablespoons coarse sea salt
I make my own seasoning and make my own Montreal style everything/aged cheddar homemade bagels for our family to enjoy. So delicious!

@PaulChasinDreams Those bagels do look so delicious ! Did you boil and bake them - or just bake them? Thanks for the seasoning recipe - might just have to try that out - but, I don't have all the ingredients. Might be easier to just try the store bought first.3

Hi Allison yes I put them in very light simmering water after it came to a boil then reduced the heat then put the bagels in for about 2 minutes on one side then flip them over in the water for another 2 minutes prior to baking them. After they come out of the water I put the outer seasonings on them then bake them.
I usually make two batches when I make them for our family. A batch with a regular Montreal style recipe and another custom recipe with protein powder and lower carbs for myself to have as a treat once and awhile. They freeze very well after vacuum packing most of the air out of the bags I put them in then freeze.
The Montreal style dough before needing in the other ingredients.
Letting them float around in the simmering water for 2 minutes on each side before baking
Patting them dry with paper towel after the water bath and prior to putting outer toppings on
They plump up from floating in the hot water. After patting dry the outer toppings are put on.
The lower carb protein ones prior to baking after toppings are put on

I just bought the Tone's version at Sams club this weekend. So far I've just put it on my cottage cheese and tomatoes lol.1
