How much protein are you trying to eat, and how much do you get without supplements?2

As with any protein supplements, it depends what your goal is and how much you're getting through food. You don't have to take protein shakes, it's there as a top up if you're unable to meet your requirements in your daily intake.
For example if your goal is 100g and you got that through food, great, no protein shakes needed. If your goal is 150g and you're eating 100g, you might choose to take 2 scoops (assuming an average of 25g per scoop) There's no guaranteed amount that suits everybody, it's entirely dependent on your current situation.0 -
Remember whey protein is a supplement. That means you should try and get your protein through normal food like chicken, beef, or eggs. Use they whey only if you need to hit your protein goals0
